Nearly six years after opening inside San Mateo's historic train
station, Rise Woodfire is bringing a long-held part of its original
vision to life.
From the beginning, Rise was imagined as a gathering place that could
change with the rhythm of the day—from morning coffee and brunch to
lunch, dinner and evenings together.
Rise & Shine Weekend Brunch is that morning chapter.
Opening during the pandemic meant some pieces of that vision had to wait.
The vision didn't. Now the mornings at Rise finally have their moment.
